At Avielle Beauty™, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused or only lightly tested.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been extensively used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
